After many years of working with SFX crews, and for multiple SFX supervisors regularly, we have gained a respected reputation for being able to deliver complex wire rigs, and Precision flown rigging. whether the gags involve intricate rigging sequences, or demanding practical builds, we have come to understand the specific needs of SFX crews, how they operate, and have a trusted regular crew, who are SFX savvy, and understand the culture.
Sfx Rigging can come in many forms, and can involve multiple skillsets all for one gag, this is why we love sfx rigging! From pre production planning and Testing, to taking gags to set for shoots, we have you covered. all SFX gags are in partnership with the relevant SFX supervisors.
SFX Infrastructure builds
Sfx Crews regularly have large scale builds that often require rigging. we can assist in facilitating those large scale builds with scaffold platforms, staircases, temporary/ permanent access, as well as flown rigging to assist with components of builds.

SFX wire gags
some sfx gags involve us using dyneema and tech 12 wire systems. this can be anything from basic pull systems to complicated mechanical wire systems, including counterweight systems.

snatch rigs/ Poultice work
SFX snatch rigs are dynamic rigging systems used in film and TV to create the illusion that an object is suddenly propelled by an external force. By using ropes or cables, pulleys, anchor points, and controlled pulling mechanisms. Snatch rigs produce rapid, high-energy movements using hydraulic Ram cylinders retrofitted to be air operated.

Rain Rigs - stage & Location
An SFX rain rig is a practical special effect used to create controlled rainfall on a film, TV, commercial.
